Application for Membership to the Caroline Chisholm Society
Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a member of the Caroline Chisholm Society. Our membership program commences on 1 October of each year and runs until 30 September the following year, a membership costs $30 per year. If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the following details and select the "Register Interest" button and this will commence an internal review process of your request.  
I hereby apply for my membership of the Caroline Chisholm Society. I understand that in applying for membership, I agree to uphold the values of Caroline Chisholm Society and to be bound by the Constitution.
 
Values: The Caroline Chisholm Society:

·       believes in empowerment of women and families,

·       operates accountably according to best practice.
 
A copy of the Constitution is available at the ACNC website. I acknowledge that Caroline Chisholm Society is a company limited by guarantee and the extent of liability is up to $100.
 
I understand that any personal information I provide will be stored by the Caroline Chisholm Society in accordance with relevant privacy legislation. By providing my personal details, I understand that I will receive correspondence from Caroline Chisholm Society including Newsletters, Annual Reports and information about upcoming events.
 
I understand that my application must be nominated by a Caroline Chisholm Society member and approved by the Caroline Chisholm Society Board, after which time I will be sent an invoice for membership of $30 for one year membership.
